团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、负责芯片供应链全链路供应商质量管理，覆盖晶圆制造、封装测试、半导体原材料及辅料供应商，建立供应商全生命周期质量管控体系，制定并落地供应商质量目标，持续推进供方质量能力提升； 2、建立并完善晶圆工艺、封装测试、配套物料的供应商质量标准与准入规范，识别各供应链环节质量风险，统筹供方质量风险管控，拉通上下游质量标准统一，解决供应链质量差异化问题； 3、负责Fab晶圆厂、OSAT封测测试厂等外协供应商的质量异常处理，牵头不良问题复盘、根因分析，主导输出8D改善报告，全程跟进纠正、预防措施落地验证，实现问题闭环管理，杜绝重复异常发生； 4、协助NPI新产品导入及项目试产工作，对接外协供方跟进试产全过程质量，记录试产质量问题、汇总试产质量报告，推动供方完成试产阶段各类质量问题整改优化，保障新品顺利量产爬坡； 5、负责Fab、OSAT供应商关键制程、特殊工艺、关键质量控制点的定期稽核与驻场巡查，监督供方工艺合规性、制程管控有效性，及时排查质量隐患，保障供货产品质量稳定可靠； 6、负责供应商质量体系合规管控，落地IATF16949、ISO9001、车规AEC-Q100等体系要求，跟进内外部稽核、客户审核供方问题点的整改闭环，持续优化供应链质量管控体系，建立供应商绩效评级机制，月度/季度开展供方质量QBR复盘，统计DPPM、良率、异常响应、整改闭环率等指标，推动低分供方整改提升、优胜劣汰，优化供应链质量生态。

1、电子、通信、微电子、材料、机电、半导体等相关专业，硕士学位及以上； 2、5年以上供应商质量工程师工作经验，熟悉Fab晶圆制造、OSAT封装测试全流程质量管控，具备成熟的供应商准入、审核、绩效管控及问题改善推动能力； 3、深刻理解IATF16949、ISO9001、AEC-Q100等半导体及车规行业质量标准和规范，熟练运用8D、5Why、FMEA、SPC等质量工具； 4、精通芯片供应链质量管理逻辑，深刻理解Fabless、Fab、OSAT、IDM各业务模式的供应链质量差异，具备芯片物料、晶圆、封测全链条质量管控经验； 5、具备全局质量管控思维，逻辑清晰、思维缜密敏捷，拥有优秀的跨部门、跨供方沟通协调能力，较强的问题推进、落地执行能力。
