1、负责营销Agent、分析Agent、高质量数据集等数据应用产品的私有化部署与生产运维，建设覆盖安装部署、配置管理、版本升级、扩缩容、迁移及回滚的全生命周期交付体系，保障产品在客户环境中的稳定运行和业务连续性； 2、负责私有化交付的自动化、标准化和平台化建设，基于Kubernetes、容器及自动化运维工具持续提升环境适配、部署升级、巡检诊断和问题处理效率，降低不同客户基础设施和网络环境带来的交付成本； 3、负责客户环境中的疑难问题排查与远程技术支持，协同产品、研发、测试及解决方案团队推动问题闭环，沉淀部署手册、故障案例、应急预案、运维工具和标准作业流程，提升产品的可交付性、可运维性与可观测性； 4、参与内部数据应用平台的稳定性建设和日常运维，通过内部生产实践持续验证私有化交付方案，推动产品在部署架构、依赖治理、资源使用、安全合规及故障恢复等方面持续改进。

1、计算机或相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、具有3年以上SRE、DevOps、私有化交付或运维工具开发经验；具备AI应用或数据平台相关产品的部署、运维及生产问题处理经验； 3、熟悉Linux、计算机网络及常见中间件，掌握Kubernetes、Docker等云原生技术，熟悉Helm、Ingress、服务发现、负载均衡、存储和权限配置，能够独立完成应用部署、升级、扩缩容、回滚及故障处理； 4、具备复杂生产问题排查能力，能够结合监控指标、日志、Trace、网络、资源和依赖状态完成端到端分析，对服务不可用、任务异常、数据延迟、模型调用失败及性能瓶颈等问题有清晰的排查思路； 5、熟悉至少一门编程或脚本语言，包括但不限于Go、Python、Java、Shell等；能够开发部署、巡检、诊断、配置校验和故障处置工具，减少重复人工操作； 6、具备良好的沟通表达、文档沉淀、跨团队协作和自驱能力，能够从重复交付和故障处理中提炼共性问题，并推动产品及运维体系持续改进。

加分项 1、有营销Agent、数据分析Agent、BI、RAG、知识库或高质量数据集生产平台的实际运维经验； 2、有私有化、离线环境、专有云、混合云或异构Kubernetes集群的交付经验，熟悉受限网络环境下的镜像、依赖包和制品管理； 3、熟悉Prometheus、Grafana、OpenTelemetry、ELK/Loki等可观测性体系，并有SLO、告警治理、容量规划、故障演练或稳定性平台建设经验； 4、具备数据库、对象存储、消息队列、向量数据库及大数据组件的综合排障经验； 5、有通过标准化工具实现远程、自助式或低人工介入交付的实践经验。
