1、负责云安全产品相关服务的稳定性建设，参与线上系统的部署、监控、变更与故障处理，保障服务可用性与性能； 2、参与构建和优化监控告警、自动化运维、容量管理与应急预案体系，推动故障的快速定位与恢复，协同保障接入链路的稳定与安全； 3、参与建设变更、诊断等AIOps平台化建设； 4、参与稳定性复盘与流程改进，沉淀SRE最佳实践，持续降低人工运维成本。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、网络工程、信息安全及相关专业； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉操作系统（Linux）、计算机网络（TCP/IP、HTTP、DNS等）原理； 3、掌握至少一门编程/脚本语言（如Python/Go/Java/Shell），具备开发能力； 4、具备良好的问题分析与定位能力，责任心强； 5、良好的沟通协作能力与学习能力，对稳定性工程、云计算或安全方向有热情。

加分项： 1、熟悉云计算基础设施（公有云VPC、CLB、专线、CEN等）或有相关实习/项目经验； 2、熟悉容器与编排技术（Docker、Kubernetes）； 3、熟悉监控可观测体系（Prometheus、Grafana等）或有自动化运维项目经验； 4、对机密计算、大模型安全、网络安全有了解或相关竞赛/研究经历。
