1、负责流量接入网关的SRE体系建设，覆盖字节跳动全量业务，挑战海量架构和前沿技术； 2、负责字节跳动DNS及调度产品在集团内部和外部客户方案运维支持和方案落地工作； 3、负责字节跳动四七层负载均衡、API网关、流量代理、安全网关的SRE体系优化； 4、负责字节跳动长连接和消息网关的运维和SRE体系优化； 5、负责稳定性方案设计和能力建设，包括监控、告警、应急响应、运维数据分析，风险治理等； 6、负责流量接入统一SRE平台的研发，提升运维效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信或相关专业； 2、积极主动，有扎实的操作系统、计算机网络基础； 3、对SRE、DevOps等工作具有深刻理解和实践经验，对故障有迅速定位和解决能力； 4、有用户至上的意识和强烈的责任心，积极配合业务方和客户完成对接和排障工作； 5、熟悉网络协议栈、Linux环境，具有工程化代码能力，具有网络系统开发和运维经验。
