1、负责TikTok身份权益系统与下游业务方的系统对接工作，将各业务线身份信息接入平台统一留存，支撑权益统一分发机制的落地； 2、按照权益规则，治理下游业务现有权益分发逻辑，保障平台底线风险和整体收益，保障平台整体利益； 3、负责与各业务方的沟通对接、需求收集、规则管控、争议协调与升级，推动权益接入和治理进度按计划落地； 4、建立并跟踪权益治理相关数据指标，分析产品表现和业务反馈，提出并验证优化方案，持续迭代权益体系； 5、与产品、研发、运营、风控等团队密切协作，共同推进身份权益平台能力建设，提升平台治理效率与用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营工作经验；具备产品运营相关经验，有平台治理、规则制定、权益管理、资源运营相关经验者优先； 2、具备全局视野与良好的业务理解，不局限于承接业务需求，对业务模式与趋势有思考判断，能主动挖掘产品提升点、与业务深度合作； 3、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，能够整合复杂业务与规则逻辑并沉淀为可执行规范； 4、优秀的沟通及项目管理能力，责任心与自驱意识强，注重细节，具备优秀的跨团队协作能力； 5、能以英文作为工作语言优先，有较好的雅思/托福等语言成绩、国际化留学或工作经历者优先。
