1、协助开展核心模型相关工作，聚焦“视频-策略”“人群-策略”匹配场景，参与模型数据处理、特征工程等基础环节，助力提升模型对业务指标的撬动效果； 2、参与因果推断模型、深度学习模型的落地优化，包括数据清洗、实验验证、效果评估等，探索模型泛化能力提升方案； 3、协助挖掘视频侧（音画质、元数据等）、人群侧（用户画像、行为特征等）有效特征，参与特征字典构建与特征准确性验证； 4、配合团队完成其他与模型研发、策略落地相关的辅助工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、统计学、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2、具备基础的机器学习/数据挖掘知识，了解常见模型及因果推断基本概念者优先； 3、熟练使用Python，掌握Pandas、Scikit-learn、PyTorch、TensorFlow等库，有SQL数据查询与提取经验者优先； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、数据分析能力，能快速理解业务问题并配合开展实验验证； 5、工作积极主动，有责任心，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识。
