1、协助TikTok生态策略团队完成对各个生态问题的理解，调研，对接算法团队辅助推进解决方案的落地； 2、对接标注团队，进行延时、准确率、审核队列等维度的优化； 3、协同数据分析师通过数据，反馈等发现问题，并产出合理解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有良好的数据分析能力，逻辑能力强，思维清晰有条理； 3、有良好的执行力，善于沟通合作，能适应快节奏工作和高标准要求； 4、英语听说能力优秀，可以用英语做为工作语言，每周出勤4天，至少实习5个月。
