日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责Web traffic产品运营工作，对接销售、产品等团队，跟进产品上线进展，协助GTM准备，监控客户数据并进行分析，基于客户投放效果制作优秀客户案例； 2、收集整体客户调研反馈，结合市场调研和内部研究，优化GTM宣传推广内容，发现推进产品迭代的机会点。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、广告学、计算机相关专业优先； 2、有产品运营实习经历，有过广告产品运营等实习经验优先； 3、有判断力和执行力，逻辑性强，能够独立思考，沟通能力强；数据分析能力强，熟练掌握PPT、Excel、数据图形制作；善于使用AI工具来提升工作效率（分析数据/整理文档/Agent模式）； 4、积极主动，跨团队/文化沟通能力强，学习能力强； 5、英语口语、写作能力流畅，英文能够作为工作语言； 6、持续实习3个月，每周出勤5天。
