1、负责TikTok直播平台，产品相关策略分析，内容分析及协助运营策略落地； 2、梳理用户开播的行为，直播间特征，做好内容理解，并进行分析、监控，结合数据抽象内容问题，并提出一定运营建议； 3、收集相关业务方策略反馈，进行问题汇总、分析、跟进，协助上下游相关方进行策略调优； 4、参与跨国跨部门沟通，提升跨部门协作效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备优秀的逻辑思考力、数据分析能力以及快速学习能力； 3、有使用SQL和Office办公软件经验优先； 4、有较强的自我驱动能力，执行落地能力强； 5、尽快入职，一周出勤4天以上，实习期3-6个月以上者优先。
