1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、统计或机器学习相关专业优先； 2、编程能力强，数据结构与算法基础扎实，具备优秀的系统设计能力； 3、熟悉机器学习与深度学习理论，有实际项目经验，了解模型迭代优化中的常见问题及解决方案； 4、能熟练运用大模型工具提效开发； 5、沟通与需求理解能力出色，能与产品经理高效协作推进项目迭代； 6、责任心强，学习力佳，能快速成长并与团队共同进步。
