1、负责国际化直播全球运营活动的多媒体设计工作，包括但不限于直播运营活动动效设计、宣传视频、功能教育视频等相关多媒体设计工作； 2、结合业务特性，参与前期创意发散和设计执行落地，为项目提供有创意和想象力的设计方案； 3、关注新风格，新技术，具备动画、视频、设计等方向的敏感度，参与设计侧驱动的创新与提效探索。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，数字媒体、动画、视觉传达等相关专业优先； 2、保持好奇心，性格开朗，学习能力强，有创意能力者优先考虑；拥有基本的C4D、AE、PS等软件能力； 3、对AI技术前沿有敏锐洞察，可以熟悉使用AIGC工具并有实际应用经验优先。
