1、负责TikTok搜索团队经验决策方向的需求Query标注工作，通过对搜索相关的Query进行精准标注，为后续的数据处理和分析提供基础，确保标注的准确性和一致性，以支持搜索算法的优化和改进； 2、开展策略优化后的策略结果评估，运用科学的评估方法和指标体系，对搜索策略优化后的效果进行全面、客观的评估，分析策略的有效性和存在的问题，并及时反馈评估结果，为策略的进一步调整提供依据； 3、基于固定的模版，对Query体验问题进行拆解和分类总结，深入挖掘用户在搜索过程中遇到的问题，将问题进行系统的分类和归纳，为提升搜索体验提供有价值的参考和建议； 4、撰写简单功能的需求文档，清晰地阐述功能的背景、目标、需求内容、业务流程等信息，确保文档的规范性和可读性，为开发团队提供准确的开发指导； 5、与团队成员保持良好的沟通和协作，积极参与团队讨论和项目推进，及时分享工作进展和问题，协同解决工作中遇到的难题，共同完成团队目标； 6、敏锐捕捉用户需求，通过对用户行为数据的分析和研究，以及与用户的沟通交流，深入了解用户在搜索方面的需求和期望，为产品的优化和创新提供方向。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、统计学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够运用数据分析工具和方法对策略结果进行评估和分析，如SQL、Python等； 3、具有良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能够对Query体验问题进行深入的拆解和分析，提出有效的解决方案； 4、具备优秀的交流沟通能力和协作能力，能够与不同团队成员进行有效的沟通和协作，推动项目顺利进行； 5、对用户需求有敏锐的洞察力，能够快速理解用户需求并转化为产品优化的方向； 6、工作认真负责，有较强的执行力和自我驱动力，能够按时、高质量地完成工作任务。
