日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、结合国际化短剧内容风格与受众偏好，对成片剪辑逻辑、节奏把控、音乐音效选择等提出后期优化意见，协助团队完成剪辑调整； 2、负责国际化短剧成片的字幕检查（核对准确性、时间轴同步性、格式规范性）及基础剪辑问题排查（调色一致性、错帧、音频杂音等），标注问题并反馈； 3、配合团队完成剧集成片交付前最终复核，跟踪调剪意见落地效果，同步问题处理进度； 4、协助整理后期制作素材档案，按规范分类存储成片、字幕文件等相关资料。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视后期、广播电视编导等相关专业优先； 2、掌握剪映、PR、AE等后期软件；细心严谨，具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力和学习意愿，能高效配合团队完成工作； 3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能精准核对英文字幕及国际化内容表述，理解国际化文化语境； 4、每周可出勤4天及以上，实习期不少于3个月，能长期稳定参与实习优先。
