日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、协助短视频模板供给，在不同运营节点参与模板内容策划、生产、上线及推广的全流程落地； 2、协助模板创作者社群日常运维，包括作者激励活动的策划与执行，维护并拓展创作者合作关系，提升作者数量与活跃度； 3、日常监控和分析模板相关数据，定期复盘并输出结论，为团队提供有效信息，支持运营策略优化； 4、与产品、研发、设计及全球运营团队保持紧密协作，有效整合并协调多方资源，推动业务目标达成。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的英文口语与书写能力，可作为工作语言，有国际化留学经历者、有日语能力优先； 3、对AI产品或AI内容生成有强烈兴趣及使用经验者优先； 4、对内容敏感，熟悉国际化主流社交媒体平台，了解国际化流行内容趋势； 5、积极主动，具备良好的沟通与协作能力，能够推动跨团队合作及业务落地； 6、工作细心有耐心，责任心强。
