1、参与TikTok业务中的基础算法（LLM/multimodal LLM、CV/NLP）相关工作，在智能对话、热点事件发现、内容生态治理、本地生活等业务运用算法能力解决业务核心问题； 2、参与研发LLM大语言模型和多模态大模型，并提升大模型在多个通用评测集及垂直业务评测集上的效果； 3、总结研究成果，并发表论文，参与学术会议。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，LLM/multimodal LLM，机器学习等相关背景优先； 2、掌握TensorFlow，PyTorch等社区开源工具中的一种及以上； 3、熟练掌握C/C++，Python，Shell编程语言，对数据结构和算法设计有较好的理解； 4、在相关国际会议（NeurIPS,ICLR,ACL,IJCAL,AAAICVPR等）上发表论文者优先。
