1、负责TikTok跨端分发后台系统的设计与研发，支撑H5、Lynx等跨端页面在全球业务中的高效部署、分发与生效； 2、参与跨端发布平台核心能力建设，包括资源管理、版本控制、灰度发布、回滚与配置下发等，保障跨端业务上线链路的稳定性和可观测性； 3、负责后台服务在高并发、低延迟场景下的架构设计与性能优化，合理运用消息队列（Kafka/RocketMQ等）、缓存（Redis）、存储等中间件，持续提升系统性能与可扩展性； 4、与Android、iOS、前端及相关基础设施方向紧密协同，推动跨端分发方案的标准化、组件化与规范化，支撑业务高效迭代。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，熟悉数据结构与算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等核心知识； 3、熟悉Golang、Node.js、Java等流行后端开发语言，有相关项目、实习、竞赛或开源经验者优先； 4、熟悉常见后端中间件与基础组件，如MySQL、Redis、Kafka/RocketMQ等，了解其基本原理与典型使用场景； 5、了解分布式系统基本原理，具备一定的系统设计意识，关注服务的性能、稳定性与可维护性； 6、具备良好的工程代码规范与质量意识，有一定的业务抽象、模块设计能力，热爱后端与跨端技术方向，思维敏捷，具备较强的自学能力和沟通协作能力，对新兴技术保持敏感，乐于学习并应用新技术。
