日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责产品功能宣传物料的策划与制作，包括图文、视频、使用指南、案例包装等，输出能打动用户、可读性强、易传播的内容； 2、参与功能上线及重点功能的宣传活动策划，结合用户场景设计有创意、有网感的传播方案，提升功能认知度与使用率； 3、跟踪并分析功能使用情况数据，结合用户调研、反馈收集等方式，识别用户在理解、使用和转化过程中的问题； 4、基于数据分析和用户洞察，输出产品优化建议与运营方案，并协同产品、设计、研发等团队推动功能迭代与体验优化； 5、支持跨团队沟通与项目推进，确保功能宣传、用户反馈、数据分析和优化动作有效落地。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，市场营销、传播、商科、数据分析等相关背景优先； 2、产品运营、内容运营相关背景优先，具备较强的内容理解与表达能力，能够将产品功能转化为用户易懂、愿意看的宣传内容； 3、熟悉图文、视频等内容制作形式，能熟练使用常见图文设计、视频剪辑或AI内容生成工具； 4、有创意、有想法，对互联网内容趋势敏感，具备一定网感，能够策划有吸引力的宣传活动； 5、具备基础数据分析能力，能够通过数据发现问题、提出假设并形成清晰的优化建议。
