1、负责小程序短剧全链路内容运营，围绕国际化业务场景，落地符合用户偏好的内容形态，保障内容传播性与世界观表达； 2、对小程序短剧分发效果与用户满意度负责，搭建小程序生态专属的推荐链路监控指标体系（含曝光、点击、完播、复购、分享裂变等核心指标），定位流量分发效率、供需匹配问题，通过数据洞察生态变化，输出针对性优化策略； 3、深耕小程序短剧内容趋势研究，构建题材、剧情、人设、叙事风格的动态监测体系，捕捉小程序端热门元素演变规律（如快节奏钩子、强冲突剧情等），预判趋势方向，为分发策略提供前瞻性支撑； 4、洞察小程序用户消费偏好差异（聚焦Z世代碎片化、强互动需求），通过小程序后台数据、用户调研、评论反馈等多维度，诊断人群分发痛点，输出可落地的人群分层分发建议，提升流量转化与用户留存； 5、联动小程序产品、算法团队及内容制作部门，推动分发策略、产品功能（如续看入口、分享机制）迭代落地，跟踪效果数据并快速迭代，持续优化小程序短剧推荐效果与用户体验。

1、3年以上短剧/泛娱乐内容运营经验，熟悉小程序生态、流量分发规则，了解小程序后台数据体系； 2、具备短剧内容敏感度，深度适配小程序短剧「快节奏、强钩子、短篇幅」的核心形态，对Z世代在小程序的消费习惯（如碎片化时段、分享裂变偏好）有深刻理解，精准把握甜宠、悬疑、逆袭等热门题材的运营逻辑； 3、熟练掌握英语，具备跨国跨文化运营或海外小程序生态协作经验者优先； 4、数据驱动能力突出，熟练使用数据分析工具，能通过小程序端专属数据（完播率、分享率、付费转化等）拆解问题，推动运营策略优化； 5、具备优秀的跨部门协作能力，可高效联动产品、算法、内容制作团队，适配小程序项目快速迭代节奏，具备小程序生态下的项目管理与落地能力； 6、对泛娱乐领域（网文、短视频、短剧）有浓厚兴趣，逻辑清晰，沟通高效，能快速响应小程序短剧行业动态与用户需求变化。
