日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok智能创作服务端系统的设计、开发与迭代，支撑AI创作、智能编辑等业务场景； 2、参与创作Agent相关能力建设，包括任务规划与执行、工作流编排、工具调用、上下文管理、结果生成及效果评测等； 3、参与大模型及多模态能力的服务化接入，完善模型调用、异步任务、流式交互、状态管理和异常处理等工程链路； 4、参与产品完整生命周期，与产品、算法、客户端及国际化团队协作，推进需求分析、技术方案设计、开发上线和效果复盘； 5、协助解决高并发、数据隔离、系统解耦、任务调度及分布式一致性等服务端技术问题； 6、持续优化现有系统的性能、稳定性与可观测性，完善监控告警、降级容错和问题排查机制，提升Agent服务的运行质量与研发效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟悉Golang、C++、Java、Python中至少一门编程语言，具备良好的编码能力； 3、掌握常用数据结构与算法，了解操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等计算机基础知识； 4、了解服务端开发的基本模式，对HTTP/RPC、缓存、消息队列、关系型或非关系型数据库等技术有一定认识； 5、对大模型应用和Agent技术有兴趣，愿意主动了解Prompt、Tool Use、RAG、工作流编排、上下文与记忆管理等相关方向； 6、具备较强的学习能力、责任心和沟通协作能力，能够主动发现并推动解决问题。
