日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持各安全模式运营团队开展模型优化项目的规划与执行工作，跟进项目时间线、里程碑、依赖关系及行动项，并在必要时上报交付风险； 2、分析运营数据，识别趋势、瓶颈与改进机会，并将结论转化为清晰、可落地的建议； 3、与跨职能相关方协作，收集需求、对齐优先级与责任归属、确认运营相关输入，并为资源规划与协调工作提供支持； 4、对工作流与操作流程进行梳理、设计、记录及标准化，涵盖业务需求、实施指引及配套材料； 5、通过信息收集、验证、培训课程以及持续的利益相关方支持，为新流程与内部工具的推广及落地应用提供支持； 6、探索人工智能与大语言模型工具的实际应用，以实现重复性任务的自动化、提升运营效率，同时撰写简洁的项目进展简报，以及可供利益相关方使用的进度、决策、风险与后续行动汇总材料。

1、本科及以上学历在读，项目管理、经济、信息系统等相关专业优先； 2、涉及数据分析、项目协调、协同方管理或进度管理的相关课程、校园项目、实习经历或实践经验； 3、具备出色的分析能力与结构化思维，能够拆解模糊问题，并将信息梳理为可落地的执行步骤，具备出色的优先级划分与执行能力，能够把控细节并推进落实已商定的行动项，具备清晰的书面与口头沟通能力，可跨团队高效协作，并面向不同受众进行工作汇报，具备实干主动、充满好奇心且善于协作的工作风格，注重细节，乐于快速学习； 4、熟练掌握英语，可将英语作为工作语言； 5、能够保证至少3个月的实习时长，每周至少到岗5天，或至少4个月实习时长且每周至少到岗工作3天。
