团队介绍：国际化内容安全算法研究团队致力于为字节跳动国际化产品的用户维护安全可信赖环境，通过开发、迭代机器学习模型和信息系统以更早、更快发掘风险、监控风险、响应紧急事件，团队同时负责产品基座大模型的研发，我们在研发过程中需要解决数据合规、模型推理能力、多语种性能优化等方面的问题，从而为平台上的内容审核、搜索、推荐等多项业务提供安全合规，性能优越的基座模型。

1、负责多模态大模型在TikTok内容安全场景中的算法研发与落地，包括视频理解、跨模态检索、复杂语义推理等方向； 2、探索大模型预训练、后训练及对齐技术，包括但不限于SFT、RL、Reward Model、模型蒸馏等，提升模型在复杂任务中的理解、推理、对齐和泛化能力； 3、探索Agent、GUI-Agent、Agentic RL、Self-Evolving、Loop Engineering等技术在创新业务场景中的应用，包括短剧、小游戏等内容形态，推动前沿技术的业务落地； 4、与产品、策略、工程、数据、评估等团队紧密协作，推动数据构建、模型训练、评测体系、线上部署到业务反馈闭环的完整算法迭代。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、人工智能等相关专业背景； 2、具备扎实的算法基础，熟悉大语言模型、多模态大模型或视觉语言模型相关技术，对LLM、VLM、Agent、视频理解、多模态检索、RL、Agentic RL等一个或多个方向有深入理解； 3、具备扎实的算法工程实现能力，熟悉常见的大模型训练与推理框架，能够独立完成模型训练、调优、评估和性能优化； 4、具备较强的问题抽象能力和业务理解能力，能够在复杂、不确定的真实场景中提出有效技术方案，并推动落地； 5、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与跨职能团队共同推进高影响力项目； 6、具备大模型、计算机视觉、多模态、NLP、推荐/搜索或内容理解相关研发经验，有模型训练、后训练或线上落地经验，或在NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、ACL、EMNLP等顶级会议或期刊发表论文，或在高水平竞赛中取得优秀成绩者优先。
