TikTok业务风控团队致力于保护 TikTok 的用户权益，包括但不限于内容消费者、创造者、商业客户等。我们通过建设高效的风控系统和智能的风控算法，提供端到端技术解决方案，以保证平台的健康与社区体验的真实性，为TikTok 业务保驾护航。

1、负责处理TikTok相关产品线（短视频/直播/社交等）上存在的各种的业务安全问题，识别作弊用户，包括色情导流、欺诈、赌博、黑灰产等； 2、在导师指导下，参与TikTok直播生态及资金安全的识别算法研发； 3、利用机器学习/深度学习技术，处理文本、图像、音频等多模态数据，优化模型的准确率与召回率； 4、调研并尝试将Agentic AI（智能体）、LLM（大语言模型）等最新技术应用于风控对抗场景，解决长尾复杂问题； 5、通过数据分析发现潜在的风险模式和黑产攻击链路，辅助制定治理策略。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、数据结构与算法基础扎实，熟练掌握Python/C++/Go至少一门语言，动手能力强（熟练刷写LeetCode加分）； 3、熟悉经典的机器学习与深度学习算法原理，有PyTorch/TensorFlow实际使用经验； 4、对技术有好奇心，逻辑清晰，对与黑产对抗有热情，具备良好的团队合作精神。

加分项： 1、在CVPR、ICCV、ACL、KDD、NeurIPS等顶会发表过论文，或在ACM-ICPC、Kaggle等权威比赛中获得过名次； 2、对Agentic AI有实操经验，玩过LangChain/AutoGPT；或者对LLM Post-Training（SFT/RLHF）有深入理解和实践； 3、在多模态理解（CLIP，LLaVA等）方向有项目经历； 4、有互联网风控、搜索、推荐或广告算法实习经历。
