1、协助TikTok User Growth用户增长制定目标，分析多端、多国家、多手段、多场景的目标达成情况，挖掘增长机会点，为提升用户量级、活跃度和留存率贡献建议； 2、深度参与业务数据标准化、数据服务化、数据产品平台化工作，协同UG内各增长手段业务方，收集业务反馈，协助产品经理进行需求分析与整理，跟进数据产品迭代与优化的全流程，提升用户满意度及协作效率； 3、参与跨部门沟通协作，与数据、研发、设计、运营等团队紧密合作，确保数据产品迭代高效落地； 4、负责监测和分析行业动态，为数据产品更符合业务发展需要提供有价值的参考建议。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、英语能力强，可作为工作语言，具备流利的英语听说读写能力，有国际化学习经历者优先； 3、对数据驱动业务增长有浓厚兴趣，有用户增长，因果推断经验者优先； 4、具备良好的数据分析能力，能够运用数据分析工具对用户数据进行分析，挖掘有价值的信息； 5、有较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够高效地与不同部门的人员进行沟通和协作； 6、具有较强的学习能力和创新思维，能够快速适应新环境和新任务，积极主动地解决问题。
