1、负责影视内容质量管控，参与标准优化，协助完善生态内容监控机制； 2、对接内容标注团队，协助整理打标数据，发现并解决标注问题，对准确率负责； 3、参与日常运营相关数据分析等工作，数据敏感且分析能力强，能高效产出数据结论； 4、参与影视综方向的项目推进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、良好的语言沟通和学习能力，逻辑清晰、执行能力、工作细心且责任心、耐心强； 3、热爱视频运营工作，对影视综有浓厚兴趣，熟悉国内外影视行业动态，了解国际化影视生态； 4、熟练使用办公软件、熟练掌握Excel，具备良好的数据能力； 5、每周到岗5天，能够实习6个月以上优先。
