团队介绍：国际化内容安全算法研究团队致力于为字节跳动国际化产品的用户维护安全可信赖环境，通过开发、迭代机器学习模型和信息系统以更早、更快发掘风险、监控风险、响应紧急事件，团队同时负责产品基座大模型的研发，我们在研发过程中需要解决数据合规、模型推理能力、多语种性能优化等方面的问题，从而为平台上的内容审核、搜索、推荐等多项业务提供安全合规，性能优越的基座模型。

1、负责国际化搜索场景下多模态大模型安全体系的建设与演进，统筹搜索结果（视频、图像、文本）、搜索推荐词（Query Suggestion）、AI搜索（AI Search）等多链路的内容安全算法能力，打造可持续演进的搜索安全系统； 2、负责搜索场景下多模态大模型体系建设，包括大规模基座预训练、指令微调（SFT）、强化学习（RLHF、DPO、PPO、GRPO）及后训练（Post-training）等前沿方向探索，构建安全相关的Reward Model/Preference Model，提升模型在复杂安全场景下的泛化能力与鲁棒性； 3、构建具备Query-Context-Aware能力的搜索安全判断模型，解决搜索高吞吐、长尾Query、跨模态、跨语种场景下的内容理解与风险识别问题，优化风险召回与精排（Recall&Ranking）策略，提高安全覆盖率与精度； 4、推动LLM安全对齐、Prompt Safety、RAG安全增强、多轮对话风险控制等前沿技术在AI搜索中的落地，主导红蓝对抗（Red Teaming）与安全评测体系建设； 5、探索RL、自适应推理、长上下文建模、Agent系统、RAG等新技术在搜索安全场景中的可行路径，跟踪前沿研究成果（如NeurIPS、ICLR、CVPR、ACL、SIGIR等），将最新技术引入业务落地并形成突破； 6、在团队内发挥技术引领作用，定义研究方向，推动跨团队协作与技术标准升级，突破现有搜索安全治理系统的流程，探索下一代搜索内容安全业务交互模式。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、电子、人工智能、数学等相关专业背景； 2、扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，在LLM/VLM/MLLM、计算机视觉、NLP或多模态领域有研发经验；熟悉大模型的预训练、微调与对齐方法（SFT/RLHF/DPO/PPO/GRPO等），有实际落地或开源大模型项目经验者优先；精通PyTorch/TensorFlow等深度学习框架，熟悉Transformers/Qwen等主流大模型生态，具备大规模分布式训练与模型优化经验； 3、有搜索、推荐、信息检索或Query理解相关算法系统建设经验，熟悉搜索召回/排序、Query-level意图识别等技术者优先；对内容安全、风险建模、审核场景或LLM Safety有深入理解者优先； 4、具备快速决策与落地的能力，优秀的分析问题与解决问题的能力，并热衷于解决具有挑战性的问题；对技术充满热情，具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够推动跨团队协作与技术标准建设； 5、在顶会/顶刊（NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、CVPR、ACL、SIGIR、EMNLP等）有论文发表，或在业界大模型/搜索相关项目中担任核心研发角色者优先。
