日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责图文美妆时尚垂类产品的规划、维护和迭代，优化相关功能； 2、参与AI Agent基础数据建设和迭代； 3、深入理解美妆用户需求与内容生态，持续优化档案与标签结构，支撑Agent的精准适配与推荐； 4、监控数据表现，通过数据分析发现问题并提出优化策略，与算法、运营、产品团队协作，将标签与评价体系应用于搜索、推荐与对话评测场景。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有美妆时尚垂类相关经验（使用、评测、运营或内容创作）；有AI/大模型相关产品或数据标注经验； 3、有内容社区实习经验、对内容分类与体系建设有方法论沉淀； 4、良好的数据分析与逻辑思维能力，善于从数据中产出优化策略； 5、出色的沟通协作与项目管理能力； 6、英语可作为工作语言，熟悉欧美流行内容或美妆垂类趋势。
