1、负责用户增长业务的数据分析相关工作，为业务提供洞察分析能力； 2、准确全面的理解业务，协助制定业务增长目标，拆解关键达成路径，做好过程监控预警； 3、拆解业务增长驱动因素，诊断业务增长问题，对数据异动进行排查归因，建设自动化异动归因工具；在关键问题上展开专项分析，洞察问题本质，提出基于数据驱动的优化建议或解决方案； 4、具备优秀的组织协作能力，与产品研发、数据、算法配合，通过严谨分析、数据挖掘、因果推断、AB实验等支持策略迭代，推进优化方案的落地执行，量化评估策略效果，带动业务指标提升； 5、在支持业务发展中，善于思考、总结，沉淀增长分析方法论与数据效率工具。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/统计学/数学等相关专业； 2、熟练使用SQL/Python/R等统计分析工具，掌握回归、分类、聚类、机器学习、A/B实验、因果推断等分析方法； 3、沟通表达、逻辑思维能力优秀，具备结构化思维，有敏锐的数据洞察力，严谨细致，有好奇心； 4、具备优秀的组织和协作能力，工作自驱，具备较强的适应能力；有国际化生活/学习经历者优先。
