1、负责TikTok直播业务的内容设计与本地化工作，包括多语言文案创意、文化适配策略及跨区域内容素材的生产与分发； 2、参与AI互动玩法设计与落地，与产品、研发团队紧密合作，通过AI辅助开发（Vibe coding）快速构建交互原型，将内容创意转化为可感知、可测试的实际体验； 3、深入内容设计与本地化工作流，利用AI协同开发工具或低代码/无代码方案，搭建自动化生产与分发工具链（如多语言排版校验、素材批量生成等），提升团队整体效能； 4、推动AI文案生产与原型交付闭环，利用大模型实现全球化文案的高效生成、改写与语境适配，并完成从文案到线上交互Demo的端到端交付； 5、持续关注国际化内容趋势与AI技术前沿，探索内容设计与本地化场景中的创新应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数字媒体技术、交互设计等相关专业优先； 2、具备AI辅助开发（Vibe coding）能力，熟练使用Cursor、Claude Code、GitHub Copilot等工具，能够独立交付可运行的Demo或原型； 3、对内容创意与跨文化本地化有敏锐感知，具备良好的内容审美，理解多语言语境差异及设计痛点； 4、有较强的自驱力和学习能力，动手能力强，注重沉淀总结和复盘； 5、具备良好的沟通与协作能力，乐观积极； 6、热爱内容与设计创新，对未知事物保持好奇心，具备国际化视野。
