日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、项目运营支持：协助项目负责人PPM/POM跟进日常项目进展和问题梳理，包括需求收集、进度追踪、风险提醒与问题记录； 2、数据分析与报告支持：协助搭建和维护日常运营数据看板和报表（如质量、效率、产出、利用率等SLAs），对异常指标进行分析（如波动原因、趋势变化），为项目负责人提供数据支持与分析视角； 3、流程与工具优化：基于实际使用场景，利用SQL、飞书多维表格等公司内部智能工具，协助将部分重复、手工的工作流程智能化、自动化（如自动拉数、报表刷新、预警提醒等）；协助梳理和优化团队内部的文档、SOP、模板和Tracker，提升信息沉淀质量与可复用性； 4、供应商绩效管理与平台支持：协助收集和整理供应商绩效数据，参与供应商评分、成本与结算相关的数据核对工作；协助管理平台权限、账号信息及基础配置，支持业务平稳运行； 5、知识沉淀与经验分享：参与跨部门沟通，整理会议纪要与待办事项，协助推进执行和闭环；将参与项目中的经验、问题与解决方案整理为文档或小结，为团队提供可查阅的知识资产。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数据科学、信息管理、统计学、数学、管理科学或相关专业； 2、英语可作为日常沟通语言，可输出英文报告；具备扎实的数据分析基础，学习能力强，能在较短时间内理解复杂业务规则、指标体系及流程，具备良好的逻辑思维能力，能将问题拆解、条理清晰地进行分析与表达； 3、具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识，愿意与不同背景的同事（产品、技术、运营、供应商等）合作； 4、责任心强，执行力好，对反馈持开放态度，具备自我优化意识与持续改进精神。
