1、负责AI Native应用的算法研发和LLM（大语言模型）效果优化工作，推动技术的探索和应用； 2、提升基于LLM（大语言模型）的自然语言理解能力，比如内容理解、分类、向量召回、结构化、短文本、长文本的表征学习等； 3、结合LLM（大语言模型）技术，对用户行为、特征进行总结、理解、分类等探索； 4、探索Agent在复杂任务中的应用，实现基于LLM（大语言模型）的复杂任务在风控领域场景的应用落地。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机科学与技术、人工智能相关专业优先； 2、掌握LLM（大语言模型）的算法原理、Fine-Tuning、Prompt Engineering、向量数据库和LangChain/AutoGen等Agent应用框架者优先；了解最新的LLM技术，有训练或应用经验加分； 3、良好的设计和编码风格，热爱写代码，能产出高质量的设计和代码； 4、出色的分析问题、解决问题能力，能从纷繁复杂的数据中看出问题本质； 5、有主流风控策略、LLM系统的算法研发经验加分； 6、责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力。
