日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、平台功能设计与落地：深入参与内容安全模型平台（涵盖传统安全模型与LLM/AI Agent）的日常产品工作，负责具体模块（如数据集管理、模型评估等）的设计与落地； 2、研发交付跟进：深入业务一线，跟进小功能或模块的完整生命周期，与研发、算法团队紧密协作，把控项目进度，推进产品功能按时、高质量上线； 3、AI工具构建与探索（Vibe coding）：鼓励并支持利用前沿AI工具（如Cursor、ChatGPT、Claude等）进行Vibe coding，独立构建日常提效小脚本、产品Demo或内部自动化小工具，探索“用AI造AI”的落地实践； 4、用户反馈与迭代：收集算法工程师、安全策略及运营团队等内部用户的使用反馈，分析平台数据，输出切实可行的产品优化建议并推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、数据科学、人工智能等理工科相关专业优先； 2、逻辑思维严密，能独立输出结构清晰、细节严谨的PRD文档； 3、对LLM和AI Agent有浓厚兴趣；具备Vibe coding经验，能熟练使用AI辅助编程工具写代码、跑通Demo或制作小工具者优先； 4、具备基础的AI技术理解力，了解机器学习基本概念或大模型基础知识者优先； 5、自驱力强，具备优秀的沟通协调能力、责任心； 6、中英文流利，可顺畅开展跨团队沟通协作，每周出勤4-5天，能连续实习3个月（能实习6个月以上者优先）。
