1、策略规划与业务增长：负责制定直播推荐的整体策略和规划，聚焦提升直播内容分发效率与精准度，通过优化推荐算法逻辑、研究用户与内容生态匹配度、设计差异化推荐策略等方式，实现看播用户规模与活跃度的增长目标，推动业务持续发展； 2、内容推荐泛化与区域增长：主导直播内容推荐的泛化策略，拓展内容与用户群体的多样性，挖掘未被满足需求的用户群体，针对不同内容偏好设计推荐增长策略；同时，制定重要国家与地区的特色推荐增长方案，提升区域用户粘性与市场占有率； 3、数据驱动策略优化：通过深度的用户调研和多维度数据分析，洞察用户行为模式与内容消费偏好，明确用户分层逻辑；依据不同用户群体特征，构建个性化推荐策略模型，以数据为支撑持续迭代优化推荐策略； 4、用户分层与精准推荐：对用户进行精细化分层管理，针对各层级用户的行为习惯、兴趣偏好制定差异化的推荐产品策略与运营方案，提升用户对推荐内容的满意度与忠诚度，挖掘用户增长潜力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学/数学/计算机相关专业优先； 2、有平台产品背景、流量推荐或内容推荐策略实习经验者优先，需具备优秀的策略设计与业务理解能力，能通过数据与业务发现推荐策略问题并推动解决方案落地； 3、具备较强项目管理能力，能把握各方需求、整合资源，在跨部门协作中推进复杂任务落地以保障业务目标达成； 4、英语可作为工作语言； 5、实习周期至少3个月，每周出勤至少4个工作日，能实习6个月优先考虑。
