1、负责TikTok Messaging场景下的业务迭代，推动Messaging平台能力建设（ChatBot平台、开放API、消息管理平台等）的建设，参与TikTok Social Messaging的后端架构设计和实现； 2、支持Messaging+AI业务的探索，包括但不限于Creator Smart Reply、群聊AI Assistant、Streak Pet Bot、DM as Canvas等场景； 3、持续提升Messaging系统在社交群聊及粉丝群场景下的性能、稳定性及扩展性，解决大群消息场景带来的相关技术问题； 4、优化TikTok Messaging的核心链路和基础体验，降低系统接入成本，提升系统可靠性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、扎实的计算机基础（数据结构、算法、操作系统等）；熟悉至少一门编程语言（Java/Go/C++/Python等）； 3、具备良好的逻辑分析能力和系统抽象能力； 4、有较强的学习能力和沟通能力，对技术有持续热情； 5、熟练使用AI Coding工具，对大模型/AI ChatBot/Agent有兴趣或实践经验者优先。
