日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助团队开展各类研究工作，包括但不限于市场扫描、行业研究、产品监控、产品体验、用户理解、数据收集与分析等； 2、参与项目流程的辅助决策和推动落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英文沟通能力优秀，书面及口语需作为日常办公语言； 3、能够快速扫描市场信息，并在一定指导下相对独立进行业务调研，可以结构化的总结并产出报告； 4、对国际直播/泛文娱行业有热情，有相关行业公司战略/商业分析/策略/统计实习经历者优先； 5、可尽快到岗，可连续实习3个月，一周5天在岗优先；有留学背景或跨文化沟通协作经历优先。
