日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、周度分析AI广告的商业表现，追踪业务目标达成，精准定位增长瓶颈与机会，为高速增长的AI广告营销业务提供关键洞察、策略支持及可行动的决策建议，深入体验和思考AI浪潮下的有效AI应用场景； 2、AI短剧及代理API运营与推广，展开市场调研与产品洞察，并提供建议，协同区域运营及销售团队推广产品，制定面向客户的运营方案、推广策略等； 3、与产品、销售、数据等团队紧密协作，促进跨团队高效沟通与共识达成，深度参与专项，通过分析和调研挖掘洞察、驱动产品优化与运营策略升级。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数理统计、经济、商业或相关领域背景优先； 2、英语水平：听说读写流利； 3、有数据分析、处理经验（对SQL、数据工具使用熟练优先），思路清晰； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维、分析能力、判断力、执行力和沟通能力； 5、熟练使用PowerPoint、Excel等办公软件，有Dashboard搭建或BI工具使用经验者优先；熟悉AI Agent，并能使用AI工具提升工作效率者，对AI业务感兴趣优先； 6、有实习经历，或独立运营过社交媒体账号或制作短片优先；了解TikTok创作者生态或商业化产品优先。
