1、协助行业技术内容和技术活动的策划和执行，针对技术内容社区用户喜好设计内容以及活动，提升开发者参与积极性，帮助技术项目进行内容策划和对外PR，为开发者渠道和覆盖的数量、质量、活跃度负责； 2、定期完成社区用户NPS调研，产出用户调研报告，回访重点用户，收集用户需求和建议，为用户需求和体验负责，推进团队优化改进和需求落地； 3、协助进行项目的跨团队沟通，确保信息流畅传递，并促进项目进程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、实习至少4个月，每周保证5天工作时间优先； 3、流利的英语口语和书面表达能力为加分项； 4、海外生活/留学经验者优先考虑，对国际市场有浓厚兴趣； 5、良好的时间管理和组织能力，能够在快节奏环境中处理多个任务； 6、具备良好的沟通能力、抗压能力，对细节把控认真，责任心强。
