日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责Agent效果评测工作，设计评测集、执行批量测试、分析负面案例并定位归因，输出评测报告支撑产品迭代决策； 2、跟踪Agent领域前沿技术动态，调研最新的智能体架构、评测方法与技术方案，形成调研报告并推动落地到业务场景； 3、参与Agent应用的架构设计与核心功能开发，协助构建大模型适配、记忆库、知识库、Skills等核心模块； 4、基于业务场景，参与Agent任务规划、逻辑推理、决策执行等核心能力的设计与实现，提升智能体自主解决复杂问题的能力； 5、与算法、研发团队紧密协作，参与AI Agent产品从需求到上线的全流程，持续迭代优化产品体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉大语言模型基本原理、能力边界与应用场景，对AI技术探索有强烈兴趣，学习能力强； 3、熟练掌握Python，具备扎实的编码能力与工程习惯，能独立完成评测脚本、数据分析等开发任务； 4、有LLM/Agent相关项目经验，课程项目、个人项目、开源贡献或竞赛作品均可，能清楚说明项目的技术选型、实现思路与效果验证方式； 5、每周到岗不少于4天，连续实习不少于6个月。
