日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持小游戏投稿活动全流程：筹备排期、规则与素材整理、活动宣传、上线跟进、数据回收等； 2、建联优质达人，跟进投稿与活动参与，依据数据和内容表现提供选题、内容优化及账号运营建议，沉淀案例； 3、跟踪美国、欧洲、东南亚游戏内容趋势与平台热点，完成案例采集、基础分析及阶段性白皮书。

1、本科及以上学历在读，数据分析、市场营销、广告、新媒体、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言（读写流利，口语沟通顺畅）； 3、具备数据驱动思维，可基于内容数据、用户行为拆解问题，制定精细化运营方案； 4、具备良好沟通、文字表达和基础数据分析能力，执行细致；有内容或账号运营、达人合作、行业研究经历者优先。
