日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、账号用户需求挖掘与分析：围绕C端账号注册、登录、权限、注销等全生命周期流程，通过用户反馈、舆情、产品拆解等方式挖掘用户痛点，梳理、筛选并排序需求，输出分析结论与优化方案，助力账号体系体验升级； 2、账号体系功能迭代协助：协助Mentor推动C端账号产品的迭代优化，涵盖账号基础能力、用户分层、权益匹配等核心模块；协助撰写账号功能PRD，全程参与需求评审、方案落地和细节对接； 3、账号产品与行业调研：持续跟踪主流互联网产品的C端账号体系设计，定期输出账号方向产品分析报告，提炼适配我方产品的优化思路、合规方案和创新迭代方向； 4、账号数据监控与迭代复盘：协助监控账号核心链路数据，通过数据变化、用户反馈定位体验问题，输出迭代复盘报告，提出针对性的账号体验优化、流失挽回方案； 5、账号项目落地与跨团队协同：对接研发、测试、设计、风控等协作团队，跟进开发、测试、灰度上线全流程；负责收集上线后账号相关问题、用户报错与Bug，跟进问题修复。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对C端账号产品、用户体系、用户增长有浓厚兴趣，熟悉主流产品账号注册、登录、安全、权限等基础逻辑，对用户体验、账号合规、用户留存有基本认知，有过To C内容平台相关产品实习经验优先； 3、具备优秀的用户思维、逻辑思维和同理心，善于捕捉用户细微需求； 4、执行力强、责任心足，沟通协同高效，能快速对接多团队推进工作； 5、能长期稳定实习优先。
