1、负责TikTok社交通知产品工作，主导站内外各类消息触达渠道的体验与策略设计，包括但不限于推荐页、消息页、Push、红点等，提升消息触达效率并带动业务增长； 2、负责TikTok Inbox体验优化，围绕用户、创作者及商家的消息消费与沟通场景，持续优化Inbox框架、消息排序、红点提醒等体验，帮助用户更高效地发现和处理重要消息； 3、建立并持续优化Inbox与消息触达相关的数据指标体系，通过用户研究、数据分析识别体验问题及增长机会； 4、与算法、设计、数据、研发等团队深度合作，高效推动需求落地，并持续跟踪产品效果。

1、2年及以上用户产品或增长产品经验，能够使用英语作为主要工作语言； 2、热爱社交/内容产品，对AI有好奇心和探索欲，有相关经验优先； 3、对数据敏感，有良好的数据分析和实验能力，能够理解数据背后的用户行为和业务价值； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作和项目推动能力，能够在复杂业务环境下独立定义问题并推动落地。
