1、负责搜索广告在电商、广告等业务场景下的评估/标注项目优化，深度理解用户搜索意图，结合当地文化与用户使用习惯输出策略，保障线上用户搜索体验； 2、协同产品、研发团队调整搜索策略，制定策略评估/标注标准并精准分析案例，驱动搜索策略持续优化； 3、负责广告在不同业务场景中的各类规则在搜索场景下的对齐应用，并对其准确性、合理性负责； 4、参与广告在不同业务场景中的项目策划并承接搜索侧需求，协同业务、产品、研发团队共同完成项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上互联网运营经验，有国际工作或学习经验、电商/搜索/质量评估相关工作经验优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，第二外语（葡语、西语、印尼语、泰语、越南语）流利优先； 3、熟悉AI模型训练领域，具备Prompt调试优化相关经验，能够借助AI相关能力/工具辅助运营能力和效率提升； 4、具有较好的项目管理、流程搭建和落地能力，有独立负责项目的经验，跨团队协作和沟通能力强； 5、数据敏感，具备良好的数据分析和处理能力，可以熟练使用主流数据分析工具； 6、目标导向，能够将目标拆解为动作，善于总结归纳，能够根据日常工作中的问题提出解决方案并付诸实践。
