1、负责TikTok图文方向的产品设计，覆盖图文创作、消费和互动的完整链路；通过创新设计启发UGC表达、促进社区活跃，并全面提升图文创作与消费体验； 2、深度理解业务，具备较好的产品思维与数据理解能力，主动挖掘并提出产品优化方向与设计策略； 3、与产品研发团队紧密合作，发挥较强的沟通协作能力，驱动设计方案高质量落地； 4、应用AI Coding工具快速构建高保真交互Demo，加速业务想法验证；并在日常实战中沉淀高效的工作流，提升团队整体效能； 5、对最终上线的体验负责，确保UI视觉美观与交互流畅易用，打磨体验细节。

1、熟练运用AI Coding工具高保真还原设计想法，并能沉淀出提升研发交付与团队效率的工作流；对前沿技术与新工具保持强烈好奇，能主动探索并持续进化自身的设计思考与工作方式； 2、具备较好的产品思维和数据理解能力，能在复杂业务和用户场景中发现问题、定义问题，提出有判断力的方案并推动落地； 3、具备较高的UI视觉审美与表现力，深度使用国内外图文、社区及图片编辑类产品，对前沿视觉趋势与社区互动有敏锐洞察； 4、富有创新精神，设计思维不设限；具备强烈的目标导向，能灵活运用多种手段攻克业务挑战并提供解； 5、具备优秀的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，心态乐观积极。
