日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok LIVE直播营收活动的全链路运营，包括市场营销方案、宣发及用户教育，并协同产品、研发、设计、文案、合规等团队推进项目落地及效果复盘； 2、辅助直播营收活动方案设计，与产品、研发等团队协作推进方案落地及后续迭代； 3、与全球区域运营团队密切协作，理解不同市场需求，支持重点区域活动运营及宣发方案设计与落地； 4、支持全球区域活动及相关功能教育，包括教育材料制作、区域宣讲及信息同步等。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有产品运营、市场营销、国际业务相关实习经验优先； 3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够使用英语进行日常工作沟通及材料撰写； 4、对社交媒体、直播行业及国际化业务有较强兴趣，对TikTok等内容平台有一定了解；有国际学习、生活或跨文化协作经历优先； 5、具备良好的沟通协作及项目推进能力，能够同时对接多个职能团队，对细节和项目进度有较强责任心； 6、具备较好的活动策划、内容策划和文字表达能力，有活动、市场营销、视频/视觉素材制作或内容运营相关经验，实习3个月以上、每周出勤4天以上优先。
