1、协助设计和维护平台内容安全与风险相关的核心指标体系，包括内容违规、用户反馈、账号风险等；参与搭建监控和异动归因体系，学习快速定位和分析安全事件； 2、学习运用统计科学方法，包括A/B实验、因果推断、回归分析等，协助评估各项安全策略的效果；参与实验结果分析，为业务决策提供数据支持； 3、在指导下针对具体业务挑战进行量化分析，运用数据挖掘技术识别潜在的优化机会；与产品、运营、算法等团队协作，将分析洞察转化为可执行的改进方案； 4、参与数据清洗与预处理工作，确保数据质量，为风险分析提供可靠的数据基础； 5、协助生成数据可视化报告和监控看板，帮助团队直观理解风险态势和策略效果； 6、学习并应用数据分析方法论，参与分析框架和工具的沉淀，提升个人和团队的分析能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数据科学、计算机科学、数学或相关专业优先； 2、熟悉常用的统计分析方法，熟练使用SQL、Python/R等编程语言，了解机器学习、因果推断、A/B实验等方法原理，有数据处理和分析经验者优先； 3、优秀的思维逻辑，善于分析问题和解决问题，良好的沟通协作能力，对于挑战充满热情； 4、对数字敏感，对安全风险分析工作有热情，相信数据驱动的价值； 5、良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神和主动意识，工作细致、有责任心，对数据安全和隐私保护有高度意识。
