TikTok隐私安全团队站在国际化战略第一线，使命是让TikTok成为人们可以在其中放心地探索、创作与连接的平台。 我们的职责是： 1、在TikTok内给用户提供安全及隐私保护功能，保障用户安全和放心使用产品； 2、保护TikTok用户的隐私，包括用户数据在完整生命周期的安全及产品在各地区的合规。

1、负责TikTok业务隐私风险平台化开发，为各种业务场景提供隐私风险治理方案并深度参与平台框架优化； 2、针对全球化分布式架构的隐私和安全风险，结合隐私算法、设计、安全工具、研发流程等多种工具和手段，提供产品化解决方案； 3、调研隐私工程的前沿进展，探索可行方案以解决隐私痛点问题，并持续推动架构演进。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python中的一种语言，具备扎实的编程功底，具备平台系统设计开发经验，独立负责过部分功能模块的设计和开发落地，具备根据业务需求独立完成技术抽象设计及开发的能力； 3、积极乐观，责任心强，有自驱力，对技术怀有热情，具备良好的服务意识及团队合作能力； 4、熟悉常用的互联网技术，包括但不限于Linux系统及原理、MySQL、NoSQL、Neo4j、RPC、MQ、缓存技术、微服务架构、应用运维部署、可靠性与稳定性设计等； 5、能保证至少4个月及以上的实习，每周可出勤至少4天及以上。
