日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、赛事活动：负责TikTok全球体育赛事活动运营，协助撰写赛事活动需求文档、跟进活动落地执行、产品功能运营等相关工作； 2、账号运营：负责TikTok全球体育版权方官号运营，作者、运动员运营，包括但不限于内容理解、优秀案例分析、官号作者共性问题总结&优化推进等； 3、元数据：协助体育元数据建设、评估与标注支持工作，帮助提升体育元数据（赛事赛程/联盟球队/参赛运动员等）信息的覆盖率和准确率； 4、参与团队需要的其他产品运营工作和讨论。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、一周工作5天，能实习3个月优先； 3、优秀的逻辑思维能力、自我驱动力和执行力，有数据分析能力优先； 4、沟通协同能力优秀，英语听说读写优秀，能作为工作语言，有国际化留学背景优先； 5、对体育内容有热情，对社交媒体、视频平台有一定理解，有体育项目运营经验更佳。
