日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、通过数据分析与案例研究，梳理内容特征，识别优质内容与其他内容之间的可量化差异； 2、参与内容识别规则（如标签口径、分类标准）的定义与迭代，并通过样本标注、验证与效果回测持续优化规则准确性； 3、量化评估识别规则与相关策略的上线效果，开展归因分析，定位问题与覆盖缺口； 4、结合各方反馈设计新的分析与验证思路（如关键词、抽样方法等），并与业务、数据、算法等多方协同，推动结论落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有内容理解、内容增长、内容质量、数据标注或推荐相关经验者优先； 3、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题拆解与分析能力，结论有据可依； 4、工作细致严谨，对内容及用户行为有较好的感知力与判断力，能在标注与分析中保持稳定的质量； 5、具备较强的独立性与协作能力，能在多任务并行环境中合理安排优先级并高效对接多方。
