1、负责创作TikTok直播产品功能宣推运营视觉设计，如活动/长图，产出创意，制定风格和设计提案，落地； 2、参与重点产品功能视觉设计； 3、理解娱乐、直播业务，了解运营玩法，挖掘业务创新点，协同产品、运营、设计、研发，推动项目落地； 4、洞察国际化用户习惯与审美倾向，定义设计风格，提炼创意方法； 5、了解提效方法，沉淀运营设计规范与素材，管理把控供应商流程、产出质量等。

1、一年以上设计经验； 2、良好的国际化审美，了解前沿设计趋势；有系统的视觉、运营、产品、品牌等设计专业能力和理论知识； 3、良好的沟通合作能力，积极主动，具备对接业务上下游与复杂项目管理、推动能力。

加分项： 1、有不错的国际化视觉审美或国际化留学或设计工作背景经验者优先，流畅使用英语优先。
