日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、开发TikTok业务域的风控技术；利用规则、算法、模型，打击包括但不限于国际化业务的虚假账号、刷粉刷赞、垃圾导流、信息盗取、欺诈牟利等方向的风险； 2、结合业务发展方向，建设持久高效、模块化可移植的风险防控体系，提升风控方案在机器学习、分析与防御纵深上的竞争力，降低面对新业务、新作弊手段的风控成本。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，人工智能、计算机、软件、数学等相关专业优先； 2、有坚实的工程能力；熟练操作Linux、Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Storm等相关工程工具中至少两项； 3、熟悉数据挖掘或机器学习；精通深度学习、时序/图学习、半监督/无监督/迁移学习者优先； 4、思考与沟通层面，客观全面、数据驱动、自驱力强； 5、英语听说读写能力满足业务与技术沟通需要。
