1、负责TikTok直播电商业务营销互动玩法视觉工作，输出高质量产品视觉表达方案，并推动产品项目品质落地； 2、关注行业设计趋势，参与主导项目整体视觉风格，显著提升设计方案的品质和效果； 3、有出色的动效创意表达能力，可高效输出高品质动效Demo； 4、深入研究目标用户审美倾向，能够挖掘业务创新点，独立制定符合用户视角且有创意的设计方案。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网创意视觉设计经验； 2、有独立创意提案能力，合作意识良好，较强的执行力和推动力，善于归纳总结； 3、有不错的业务思维，富有好奇心和娴熟的设计技巧，可突破限制进行创新； 4、热爱设计，热爱生活，对工作充满热情，有良好的自我驱动意识。

加分项： 1、国际化留学或工作背景，能够流畅使用英语； 2、对AIx创意有着深入的理解和应用案例。
